Hi everyone, This is my first blog. My favorite topic to speak of is healthy food,nutrition and Thyroid Health.

I cant believe the unseasonably warm temperatures for January.. Mind you we still have some burst of cold but not so cold I cannot tolerate it.

I have LD as well as a tricky thyroid,am unable to work and Ive alot of MK products that I need to sell for a loss. These products are older stock but they are all still very viable.
