Since the new feedback laws have prevented sellers from leaving negative feedback, what can we do?? Is all we can do is file and unpaid item claim??

If ebay wants to stop the retalitory feedback issue, that's fine; but wouldn't it make sense to allow the seller to leave negative feedback once a buyer fails to respond to an unpaid item dispute? …
